No longer called an Absentee Ballot, you may apply for a Ballot By Mail if you are:
65 years or older, or disabled, or will be out of the country from Oct 22 thru Nov 6, or if you are in jail but otherwise eligible. Applications must be turned in no later than Oct 30.
