Source: When the Republicans refuse to provide the resources necessary to pull the many pockets of rural poverty in this country out of poverty, that may be the time they realize that the GOP has been conning them for decades with lies geared only to gin up resentment. But the Democratic Party needs to go into these regions with some genuine plans in hand. It is a debate that desperately needs to happen, and Democrats should be leading it.
